All of the ingredients came from the organic nursery except the avocado and almonds. I was going to add some pickled artichokes, but I didn't want to over do it. =) There was so much flavor that I scarffed down half of it before I finally drizzled a bit of dressing on it. The dressing is a mixture of balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. And I like to season it with black pepper. Yum!
